The “SOLARIS ASTORIA” project is a mixed-use building, with commercial spaces on the ground floor and 24 apartments on the upper floors, located at 16-18 Albert Einstein Street, in an ultra-central location, just 500 m from Unirii Square.
The apartments are spread over 4 levels and have 2 or 3 rooms, with usable areas between 47-105 sqm, plus balconies or terraces. On the top floor, there are penthouse apartments with generous terraces. The ground floor houses commercial and service spaces. Each apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage or an outdoor parking space.
