The “SOLARIS CENTRAL” project is a mixed-use building with commercial spaces on the ground floor and 25 apartments on the upper floors, located at 31-35 Paris Street, in a very central location, only 500 m from Mihai Viteazu Square. The area includes a number of new, modern buildings with apartments and offices for IT companies.
The apartments are spread over 4 levels and have 1, 2, 3 or 4 rooms, with usable areas between 45 and 95 square meters, plus balconies or terraces.
On the top floor there are penthouse apartments with generous terraces and southern exposure. Each apartment has a parking space in the underground garage or an outdoor parking space.
The building is equipped with a high-speed elevator for 6-8 people, a secure access system with intercom, video surveillance system, fire alarm system, etc.
