The “SOLARIS CITY” project is a mixed-use building, with 2 commercial spaces on the ground floor and 24 apartments on the upper floors, located at 28 Traian Street, in an ultra-central location, just 300 meters from Mihai Viteazul Square, with the land opening towards the Someș River, where a promenade area will be arranged. The area is one of urban conversion, featuring a series of new, modern buildings with apartments and offices.
The apartments are spread over 6 levels and have 2, 3, or 4 rooms, with usable areas between 44 and 103 sqm, plus balconies or terraces. On the top level, there are penthouse apartments with generous terraces.
On the ground floor, there are commercial and service spaces. Each apartment has a parking space in the underground garage or an outdoor parking space.
