The “SOLARIS PARK” project is a mixed-use building, with commercial spaces on the ground floor and 15 apartments upstairs, located at 46-48 Someșului Street, in a prime downtown location, adjacent to a small playground (at the corner of Paris Street and Someșului Street) and only 500 m from Mihai Viteazu Square. The area features several new, modern buildings with apartments and offices for IT companies.
The apartments are arranged across 4 levels and have 2 or 3 rooms, with usable areas between 41 and 82 sq m, plus balconies or terraces.
On the top floor there are penthouse apartments with generous terraces and southern exposure. Each apartment has a parking space in the underground garage or an outdoor parking space.
The building is equipped with a high-speed elevator for 6-8 people, a secure access system with intercom, video surveillance system, fire alarm system, etc.
