The “SOLARIS 10” project is a mixed-use building with commercial space on the ground floor and 15 apartments on the upper floors, located on Traian Street no. 58-62, in a central location, just 500 m from Mihai Viteazul Square. The area is undergoing urban redevelopment, featuring a series of new, modern buildings with apartments and offices.
The apartments are arranged on 6 levels and have 2 or 3 rooms, with usable areas between 49 and 84 sqm, plus balconies or terraces. On the top level there are penthouse apartments with generous terraces.
