The “SOLARIS EDEN” project is located on Horea St. 33, in a central location, 700 m from Museum Square, in an inner courtyard surrounded by historic buildings and green spaces.
The construction will be directly adjacent to the Faculty of Letters, including an industrial heritage building that will be integrated into the new project. Vehicle access will be from Crișan St., and pedestrian access from Horea St.
The building is surrounded by green spaces and has an east-south-west exposure.
