The development is located away from the city's typical hubbub. The streets are newly built, with public lighting, hydrants, underground grid for all the utilities (gas, electricity, TV and Internet) and they are as convenient for 4-wheeled and 2-wheeled vehicles alike.

The 12-apartment building enjoys a privileged location, with southern exposure and an exceptional panoramic view. Our apartments boast ample and comfortable spaces with contemporary architecture. We only use quality materials in our construction (class A thermal efficiency), because we know how important it is to improve subsequent maintenance costs. The apartments are located on 5 floors (GF + 4) and have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, with net areas from 52 to 101 m2, plus balconies or terraces.

At the top floor there is a penthouse apartment. Upon request, gardens can be set up for the ground floor apartments, to create a genuine oasis of relaxation. Each apartment has an outdoor parking space.

The construction of the building started in November 2017, as per building permit no. 491/29.09.2017, and it will be completed in April 2018. Individual Land Registry certificates for the apartments shall be issued by June 2018.

The location offers a panoramic view

The SOLARIS 1 project is located on 3 Pădurii Street, at the end of Donath Street.

It is accessible through Donath Street, from the Grigorescu district, on a 2-lane paved road; although parts of this road are narrower, they are currently being widened, as the road connects with the Florești Northern beltway.

The bus station and PROFI minimarket are 1.5 km (1 mile) away and CORA hypermarket is 2.5 km (1.5 miles) away. „Onisifor Ghibu” High School is about 3 km (1.8 miles) away, and the distance to the center of Cluj-Napoca is about 5 km (3 miles).

After the development is completed, there is a plan to organize public transportation by bus or minibus, by extending the existing lines or by setting up new lines.

Technical data and trims

The facades are insulated with 10 cm (4 inch) EPS80 polystyrene sheets and trimmed with decorative plaster.
The construction is erected on a reinforced concrete structure, with 25 cm (10 inch) CEMACON brick masonry.
The terraces are waterproofed with MAPEI professional membranes and insulated with 15 cm (6 inch) EPS120 polystyrene sheets.
The terraces railings are made of security glass and metal profiles.
 
The balconies, terraces, communal spaces and exterior spaces shall be delivered with all the trims in place.
Utilities extensions in position, VIESSMANN individual heating station and PURMO radiators included.
The apartments shall be delivered in a semi-finished state, which includes: screed, one layer of spackle, security door, 5 or 6-chamber REHAU window profiles.
Upon request, the apartments can be delivered in a fully finished (turnkey) state.
