About the project
SOLARIS 2

The SOLARIS 2 project is a 16-apartment building located right next to the SOLARIS 1 project (completed in June 2018), at the end of Donath Street, about 1 km (0.6 miles) from the old blocks in the Grigorescu district. The development built in this area is 90% completed, with all utilities in place, including asphalt pavement and public lighting.

The apartments are located on 5 floors (GF + 4) and have 1 or 2 bedrooms, with net areas between 41 and 72.52 m2 (441-780 ft2), plus balconies or terraces. Each apartment has an outdoor parking space.

The construction will be completed by the end of 2018. Individual Land Registry certificates for the apartments shall be issued by April 2019.

The building has southern exposure.

The location offers an exceptional
panoramic view

(towards Cora hypermarket, the VIVO Shopping Center, the Water Museum, etc.).

Proiectul “SOLARIS 2” este situat pe str. Dealul de Jos, nr. 1A, jud. Cluj,, la capătul străzii Donath, la aproximativ 1 km de blocurile vechi din cartierul Grigorescu.

Accesul se face pe str. Donath din cartierul Grigorescu, pe un drum asfaltat cu 2 benzi, având porţiuni mai înguste, însă în curs de lărgire, deoarece face legătura cu centura de Nord a loc. Floreşti.

Distanţa faţă de staţia de autobuz şi de minimarket PROFI este de aproximativ 1,5 km, iar faţă de hypermarket CORA de 2,5 km. Liceul Onisifor Ghibu se afla la aproximativ 3 km, iar centrul oraşului Cluj-Napoca la aproximativ 5 km.

După finalizarea întregului ansamblu se intenţionează organizarea transportului în comun cu microbuze sau autobuze, prin extinderea liniilor existente sau înfiinţarea unor linii noi.

The SOLARIS 2 project is located on 1A Dealul de Jos Street, at the end of Donath street. It is accessible through Donath Street, from the Grigorescu district, on a 2-lane paved road; although parts of this road are narrower, they are currently being widened, as the road connects with the Florești Northern beltway.

The bus station and PROFI minimarket are 1.5 km (1 mile) away and CORA hypermarket is 2.5 km (1.5 miles) away. „Onisifor Ghibu” High School is about 3 km (1.8 miles) away, and the distance to the center of Cluj-Napoca is about 5 km (3 miles).

After the development is completed, there is a plan to organize public transportation by bus or minibus, by extending the existing lines or by setting up new lines.


Technical data and trims

The facades are insulated with 10 cm (4 inch) EPS100 polystyrene sheets and trimmed with decorative plaster.
The construction is erected on a reinforced concrete structure, with 25 cm (10 inch) CEMACON brick masonry.
The terraces are waterproofed with MAPEI professional membranes and insulated with 15 cm (6 inch) EPS120 polystyrene sheets.
The terraces railings are made of security glass and metal profiles.
 
The balconies, terraces, communal spaces and exterior spaces shall be delivered with all the trims in place
Utilities extensions in position, VIESSMANN individual heating station and PURMO radiators included.
The apartments shall be delivered in a semi-finished state, which includes: screed, one layer of spackle, security door, 6-chamber REHAU window profiles and sunscreen triple glazing.
Upon request, the apartments can be delivered in a fully finished (turnkey) state.
