Construction period August 2018 – March 2019
The project “SOLARIS 2” is a residential building with 16 apartments, located right next to the SOLARIS 1 project (completed in June 2018), at the end of Donath Street, approximately 1 km from the old blocks in the Grigorescu neighborhood. The complex of buildings constructed in this area is completed, with all utilities available, including paved roads and public lighting.
The apartments are spread over 5 levels (G+4) and have 2 and 3 rooms, with usable areas between 41 sqm and 72.52 sqm, plus balconies or terraces. Each apartment comes with an outdoor parking space.
