It is made in Germany, of the highest quality materials, and has a melamine protective surface, which gives it durability, impact resistance and makes it very easy to clean.

Premium doors
Our doors are sourced from Erkado, a company with over 40 years of experience, which uses the latest technologies and emphasizes resistance, quality and a design that does not become obsolete with the passage of time.
The interior doors (HDF & veneer boards) are available in several shades and patterns.
The exterior doors (access to the apartments) are metallic. The locking system consists of a FIAM ISEO (Italy) brand lock that locks the door in 7 mobile points and 2 fixed points. As a thermal and sound insulation of the metal structure, the doors are equipped with fireproof mineral wool on the inside.
Heating system

BY DEFAULT, THE HEATING IS PROVIDED BY RADIATORS; HOWEVER, AS PER CUSTOMER’S REQUEST, UNDERFLOOR HEATING IS AVAILABLE.

The outer frame is made of PVC. The architect has chosen a brown color for the exterior and white for the interior.
The window frames are made in Germany; the windows consist of 5-chamber profiles and sunscreen triple glazing.

The ceramic tiles are available in three options:
1.The first option accurately replicates the appearance of wood and creates a warm, spa atmosphere.
2. The second option creates a marble look, for an elegant and refined environment.
3. The third option uses a combination of black and white with metro style tiles, for a fresh and modern design.

Smart Home system
Optionally you can choose a ONE Smart Control system that allows you to control remotely, via smartphone, the heating, the air conditioning, the water taps (in case of flooding), the blinds, the TV or other home appliances. This system helps to significantly reduce energy consumption and save time and effort.
Common areas trims
Our focus at Solaris Development is on quality, design and durability, which also shows in our exterior trims and common areas.
The building is equipped with a Schindler elevator for 8 people. This type of elevator is built to Swiss standards of accuracy, it has built-in reliability and comfort, so you can enjoy seamless, trouble-free operation.
The common areas and terraces are covered with Urbana high traffic colored stoneware.
The architect-chosen aluminum window frames in the common areas are sourced from Kommerling; the windows consist of 5-chamber profiles and sunscreen triple glazing.
The balconies and terraces railings are made of security glass and aluminum to prevent rust.
The video intercom is sourced from 2Easy and it features a 105° viewing angle camera, an automatic lighting sensor and a night vision LED lamp.
